This type of project focuses on finding candidates for the highest managerial positions. OQP agency reaches the best candidates by using its own unique search methods.
For this purpose, we rely on internal resources as well as external recommendations. Apart from the competences and experience of the candidates, we also take into account the matching to the organizational culture of the employer and personal skills.
